Allergies!

This is not scrapbook related, but talk to me about allergy relief. Each spring I struggle. I have some meds I take, but I'm still struggling every year. Someone was asking me about allergy shots, but I don't have any experience with them..... do any of you? What else do you try?

Mine are awful...this week in particular, blah. I did get the allergy shots for a few years & they helped SO MUCH!!! But then our insurance switched & it was WAY too pricey to keep up so I stopped. My allergies were still better for several years but now they're starting to creep back to bad, I need to check back into pricing again. I FOR SURE recommend them if your insurance has good coverage, totally worth it!! Currently, I use generic versions of claritin pills, flonase nose spray & zaditor eye drops & for those real itchy days I need a benadryl or 2.
