My back is SOO much better today...so much so that I loaded the kids up and came home...just need my own space kwim? But my back is much better...muscle relaxers are amazing I can't take anymore til tonight b/c they make me sleepy, but right now I'd rate the pain at about a 2 where yesterday it was at least a 9. So that's good

thats really great!! My back was really bothering me yesterday and I filled the tub with water that was near boiling or at least felt like it and soaked for about thirty minutes and my back felt much better when I got out of the tub. I think the massage therapist at the chiro's was really helping alot more then the chiro was honestly.
