Quick Question...

I have $53 and change in my cart and it's only showing my discount at $21 and change...

What am I doing wrong?

Do you have any bundles in your cart? I've noticed that discounts sometimes don't work quite right with bundles. But if you add the individual products, the discount shows up correctly. That might not be the issue . . . just an idea.

It's not working for me either, discounting 21 dollars and change for a 53$ order...

Mine is weird as well, it's out by around $2/3.

I also changed my bundles to individual products and that didn't fix it.

Actually it's still weird. Amy, I'm playing with your cart right now if you see anything weird LOL. It's easier to troubleshoot from someone's account who is having the issue than to try and do it on my own.

Ignore me, I've sorted it. My internet is being a pain and didn't readd one of my items to get it to $50.

It isnt showing for you because your subtotal is only $45. Add something else and the $25 should come right off the bottom line

Just edited my post lol. I emptied my cart to see if the discount fixed itself and one forgot one of my items

Mine's still weird... I took out all the bundles, so that's not the problem... discounts 21.98 on a 54.58$ order

Never mind, went back, emptied the cart, signed out, cleared cookies and started over, we're all good!

I'm having the same trouble and don't have time to start over! Cart is $53 and the discount is 21.91!

I missed it. I tried to clear my cart and put everything back in but I wasn't fast enough and I missed it. I am so sad! Robin, is there anything that can be done? I was ready and trying to check out before midnight but I couldn't get the discount right.

You're not alone. I was trying to fix my cart because something didn't look right and I just missed it too.

Unfortunately I just got home and missed it as well...

I deleted the free with $10 purchase kit and everything got fixed, and the free kit made it through anyway. Sorry you guys missed the sale though, hopefully you can get a second chance.
