Adorama Pix Sale

I used Adorama Pix for Ari's baby album, and I was really pleased. They are lay flat pages, and the quality is great. The only drawback is that there is a lot of bleed, so I resized some of my pages to fit, but most of them were fine without any adjusting. It's not quite a square, I don't think, since it cuts a fourth of an inch off three sides but not the side in the center. Other than that, I really like them.

I just had Ariana's 1st half of her second year printed, and the cheapest I could get the 50 pages printed at Shutterfly (lay flat) was $75. I got it at Adorama Pix for $40, including free shipping. So yay!

Here's the coupon & a couple of pics of the first album I had printed with them.

Thanks Kellie! I've been waiting for them to have a sale. I even got an email from them yesterday but I didn't see this discount in it.

Ohhhh man I want to try this so bad but no way I'd get it put together in time :(

That album is beautiful. Not sure I could get an album put together in time to try...but thinking about it.

I have SO many pages to print. Brooke's album alone has 197 pages, so she'll need a couple of books, and Elisa has 192, so she'll need 2 books as well.

Oh wow Jacinda. That is very exciting to have that much ready to print. That will be some fun mail to get. :)

The last time I printed photo albums was June 2014, so I have every layout between then and now to print. It's not cheap to print overseas, but I love the quality of Adoramapix, and I figure I save money by being a Babe and not having to buy kits. My girls have been asking when I'm going to print more albums. The 9 yr old loves looking through them. Her class had to take a treasure to school. Something very special to them or their family. She took her teddy and 2 scrapbook albums.

Thanks for sharing the coupon Kellie!
I've heard so many good reviews regarding their books but haven't got a chance to order and today i took the plunge and ordered :w00t:

Jacinda, do you scrap chronologically / in order?
I'm just curious what Brook & Elisa's books look like? do you mind sharing their last books?

I usually make a family album every year and that's what i usually print in photobooks but would love to print the kids photobooks as well but I scrap all over the place :D

My girls books are mostly up to date-ish. I don't scrap chronologically, but by the end of the year I seem to have recorded most things I want to cover. I date my pages yy-mm-dd-title, so when they print they are chronological. The latest album I've uploaded is June 2014 - Apr 2015. A few pages might be out of that range, but I just stick them at the front. I'm not too worried about it. I'll take some photos once the kids are up.

can't wait to see it :)
thanks Jacinda!

I'm not sure what you want to see, but here goes. These photos are straight from my camera, so I apologize for the poor quality. I print lay flat 8x8 inch albums. (The first few albums you see were with another printer who went out of business, and are 8.5x8.5). I like the 8x8 size.

Because I'm usually rushing to upload them by this stage, I sometimes use quickpages for the front cover, or reuse a layout from one of the inside pages.

I like the high gloss pages. They're just like a glossy photo. Very crisp and the colours are spot on. There is very little cut off the edges compared to other photo printing places.

Thank you for posting your albums Jacinda. They are beautiful. Now I want to have mine printed there, too.
