ADMIN Please Help

I purchased a bunch of products at the
store this morning and when I tried to
go back in and finish downloading cuz
a couple of things became corrupt when
I downloaded the first time. Anyways,
when I try to get to the site I keep
getting a 403 error message. I have
tried cleaning cookies etc. The only way
I can get to the store or to the forum
here is to go by a proxy. I don't know
why that is. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. I can be reached via email

The technical part I don't know about (I wish I did), but I wanted to be sure that you'd contacted Robin directly via email. She's on the west coast of the US, so it's still uber-early for them, but she answers emails in a hurry. She can be reached at:

Thank you Darcy. This is horrible.
I went in and bought a bunch of
stuff and it is horrible that I can't
get back in to redownload a couple
of things. And this is the ONLY site
that I can't access. I wonder if it
temporarily blocks ya if you buy so
much stuff at 1 time. Anyways, I
have sent her 2 emails and as of
yet, I have heard nothing.

I doubt that there is a purchase limit....I've bought well over $100 a couple of times without a problem LOL.

Robin is great, and I'm sure she'll get back to you asap!
 
what page is giving you the error? The Shoppe link works, the log in works. Will it let you go to My Account after you log in?

I just tried mine and it works..definitely email is the best way to get ahold of Robin.

I had that happen with a couple of other sites (not here), eventually they come back and work again. No one has ever been able to tell me what the problem is.
