LOL seriously, I didn't "apply" but honestly, I don't envy any of the designers here that have to make those kind of decisions. I'm sure there are people out there just "buddying" up to you designers so they get picked so they get goodies for free, but also there are those that are seriously in love with your designs.
The best teams I've been on have been ones that I've been asked to be on, not applied to (with the exception of SaraAmarie's team).
