A Warning (it's not my week)

So, as many of you know, I returned from Disney a little over a week ago. On the 13th, I saw a thread here revealing an incredible price for photo prints at snapfish.com, so I jumped at it, and ordered prints that day. I just received an email from snapfish telling me that they are expecting ANOTHER SEVEN DAYS until my order ships, making it over two weeks before it even ships. Really, after my paypal fiasco from last week, I don't need this.

Please be aware that snapfish may be able to offer great prices, but they are not able to fill orders when they do. I am beyond dissatisfied, as I have already had to cancel numerous plans with people who wanted to see "pictures" (they don't seem to like digi versions, lol). I just wanted you all to know before you used them for your prints again.
 
Oh, that would TICK me off beyond!!! I'm sorry you have to wait!

That's another reason I LOVE Costco! Upload them and pick them up the next day... Not as cheap but the quality and timeliness is fabulous!
 
So sorry to hear that. I did the same offer and had mine in about 3 days. I've never had any problems with Snapfish and delivery times. Hmmm...maybe they just got overwhelmed.
 
I ordered some pictures through that offer as well and I got the same email about the delay. Luckily I don't need mine right away, but that really stinks for you because they are Disney pictures!!! I'm sure you were very excited about getting them and now you have to wait :(

They did send a very nice email and said they were overwhelmed with that special offer. I would have liked an extra little coupon or something though :)
 
I won't order from there because I don't like their quality -- even if they are cheap. I did a sample order of a few prints at one point and they were awful. I asked for a refund (since they claim to be satisfaction guaranteed) and they wouldn't give me a refund unless I sent the photos back (which would, of course, cost more than the refund). I won't order from there again.

I agree, the email was very nice. Except, it's already been a week since I ordered my pictures, a little too late. And I agree, a coupon would have been very nice. I have emailed them and asked that they cancel my order and refund my money. I have no intention of shopping there again. Had they sent the nice email with some compensation, I would have felt better about it, but now it just makes me upset that I have to wait over two weeks for pictures.
 
yuck that stinks!! I just do 1 hour at walmart if I want them right away...I really need to print out some more photos..it's taken a backseat since scrapping lol..I like to see them all prettied up on a LO instead
 
So...I just got an email back...here's what it says:

"We are sorry, but due to the automation involved in our order fulfilment orders can't be cancelled or changed. If you are not happy with your order when you receive it, please return it to us for a refund.

We certainly regret any inconvenience."

Ok...I am so mad I could spit fire..when I receive it, you told me I basically had at least another week before I got it. I want to call customer service, but I am afraid of what will come out of my mouth.

Sorry for ranting...I am MAD.
