A VERY important question :)

Peanut butter on one side, jelly on the other.

Because half the time the child I am making the sandwich for will change his mind and say "no just jelly please" or "no just peanutbutter actually." :0

PB on both pieces of bread, jelly in the middle so it doesn't make for soggy bread.

And I'm also a fan of preserves instead of jelly. And I only eat strawberry. Grape grosses me out.

we do pb on one side and j on the other and then put the 2 pieces together...BUT DS likes his sandwiches folded over so he gets 1 piece of bread with PB 1st then jelly on top and then folded over!!! what's funny is he always has 2 of these when I could just make him 1 WHOLE sandwich, but he won;t eat the whole one...is kinda weird like that!

When I was a kid I would mix the PB&J and eat it on saltines. LOL!!!

Now the PB goes on one side and J on the other. Boring, I know. ;)

I don't eat the stuff myself, never liked Peanut Butter, but the kids do, Peanut butter on both slices of breaf and jam in the middle, seems to work for them

PB on one side, and jam on the other (not a jelly fan, esp the cheap grape stuff). I like Simply Fruit or something like it, with pieces of fruit in it. It's the only way I eat jam or the like...on biscuits and toast I use butter or, if we have it, spiced apple butter YUM.

Rambling done.

pb on one side.. jelly on the other

When my bro was younger he'd mix pb and maple syrup and eat it with a saltine cracker. ummm can you say yuck!

Okay...well I DARE all of you A people to try mixing it sometime lol...

It's really good that way and you don't get yucky jelly bread lol

Since my son is allergic to peanuts, I haven't had a pb&j in like 5 years. When I did make them. They each would be put on a slice then the slices mooshed together!
Yum...........

I would go with option A. :) And, (I know this is bad) I have to put butter on my toast before I add the peanut butter and jelly ... it softens the toast and makes it creamier ... YUM!!!!!

:D

well...my oldest dd mixes them in a bowl (then leaves the mess for me to clean)

for me..it depends if I have squeeze jelly or if I have to get the butter knife and spread it..if I have to spread it, it's PB on 1 side and jelly on the other..if it's squeeze I just plop it on top of the PB

and I think I just gagged a little..butter??
