A quick little contest on my facebook page...

Darcy, the link takes me to your facebook page, but I can't see any contest info on there.
 
It might be a little down the page - it's highlighted, and on mine it's the first post, but you might check a little further down - I posted it on Saturday, too.
 
I'm not finding it either with this dang timeline stuff. I scrolled down to Feb and am not finding it. :/
 
Yeah, I am finding that the new timeline feature is messing with the way business pages display their info. You would *think* that it would put everything up there chronologically (being that it's, um, called "timeline"?! LOL) -- but it will sometimes only display things that it "feels" should be highlighted. TOTALLY ANNOYING! Grrrr.

Here's what you can do, though... both as a page owner and as a visitor to the page, I think? Near the top of the FB page (under the banner and the tabs/links) is a drop-down menu that is usually default-set to "highlights". Change this to "posts by page" and sometimes that helps, as it filters out all of the stuff other people post on the page and just focuses on the content the page owner adds. The downside to this, as a page owner, is that often you WANT to have the posts from your customers/fans displayed there... but then again... you also want to make sure that people see your recent posts... so it's just sorta a no-win situation. I can't figure out what to do with it. I sorta hope FB adds an option to that drop-down menu called "most recent" (like it has in the newsfeed... which I LOVE!).

Anyway... maybe that will help? I found Darcy's newest post that way. :)
 
Oh, Laura - thanks! I'll try resetting the page that way to see if it helps. I still haven't explored all the changes in there .
