A question regarding sharing scrap stuff....

So I was curious as to whether it would be ok if I did some watercolor doodles and shared them with you guys for use for free if you want? I don't want to step on any toes and post something and then get in trouble....
I just really need to get in my studio and painting more and thought it would help keep me motivated to paint(going through kind of a dry spell). Let me know if it would be ok? If its no, then I totally understand! Or if its not ok to directly share them on here and maybe just have them on my blog and post threads that I've updated my blog then just let me know what would be ok.

I hope I haven't stepped on any toes. I'd hate upset anyone....
 
I think it's okay if you are sharing. You just can't solicit people to come purchase from you. I would reead the SSD TOU for forums to make sure...but I think it's okay.

Looking forward to some doodles!
 
I think that one is for the designers to answer. I wouldn't think it's ok unless they were scrap for others ok.

If she's the one that made them then the TOU is up to her. She can't put a DL link in here I wouldn't think, but she can put them up on her blog and then post a thread saying it's there. People have done that before.
 
Yeah, I think if you put it on your blog and then say "hey, check out what I made, I put it on my blog" then it's cool.

We just don't want SSD to become a place where designers drop by only to advertise themselves...but we love seeing what our members are creating, too! :)
 
Thanks so much for the response everyone. Yes, I do my own artwork and was hoping to share. That makes sense to post it on my blog and then post a link. Maybe I should ask whoever is in charge of this lovely place. I'm sort of new here, so I'm not sure who that might be? Any help on who I could shoot a PM to?
