A Meri kinda funny kinda yikes

So when Meri goes to sleep she sucks on her first two fingers on her right hand and twirls her hair with her left hand. Well tonight I put her down to bed and about 30 minutes later there is blood curdling screams. Definitely not normal and not ones you ignore. So I go in to see whats wrong her finger is wound tightly in her hair and cutting off the circulation. It was so tight that DH had to hold her while I cut her hair. It was really scary in the moment, but afterwards I had to chuckle just a little. My weird little girl!
 
Awwww, the poor little thing!!

Mason used to scoot around in his crib (even when he was TINY) and he'd always manage to get both his legs stuck out through the rungs and his butt would be touching the slats...of course screaming would ensue when he'd wake up realizing that he couldn't move his legs. Nearly. Every. Single. Sleep. LOL!
 
oh no lol! poor kid.. ce has totally done that before, so I'm chuckling.. stankin curls are NOT made for twisting!
 
Kylie used to do that all the time...she would suck her left thumb, pull down a chunk of hair and while sucking that thumb, twist her hair with her middle and index fingers - of course getting it stuck many times, or just knotting and re-knotting until the morning when it was just a huge crazy mess...oh, and the right hand always reached back to grab a chunk of hair at the crown of her head, which she also twirled...crazy girls!
 
lol, I'm glad I don't have the only little weirdo! Too funny about the legs getting stuck in the rungs! That has happened a few times here as well.
The funny thing was when we cut out her fingers her twirled hair was super curly! We think maybe she's trying to give herself a perm!
