#16 is requiring an answer, although it's an 'if you...' question. It needs a 'does not apply' response.

If you're looking for question feedback, I also found some questions that needed an "other" or the ability to not answer. For example in #13 I mostly purchase productivity, photoelated, and health apps. None of those were listed and it wouldn't let me move on without answering, so I just picked one at random. Also, I answered the income question as household income since that's how I usually see it asked, but I wasn't sure whether "your income" really meant my personal income.
