I'm working on some pages to make a few copies of books for the family for Christmas and I'm wondering how to make sure text is readable on the pages when printing at6x6 size, I've never had anything printed that small before and also never printed any pages with journaling on either so I'm sort of clueless!

thanks in advance lovelies!

Do you have a printer at home? If you do, resize your page to 6x6 and print one of them as a trial.

I would start with a size 14 maybe? However, each font is different, so while one font looks good at size 14, another may not. You'll be able to get a rough idea though once you've printed a page (or part of a page) first.

If you have a ruler handy, you can adjust the zoom in Photoshop until your layout on the screen is exactly 6 inches across (or as close as you can get). That'll show you what the size will look like when printed. On my screen it's about 74% but it'll depend on the size/resolution of your screen.
