40th birthday gift suggestions needed

My neighbor is turning 40 on Saturday. She and I have become good friends over the last year. I'm having a really hard time coming up with a good gift to give her for her 40th birthday this Saturday. We just got back from vacation and now it's too late to order anything from Etsy.
