Does that start today? I have over $50 in my cart and it hasn't taken the $25 off, so I'm thinking it hasn't started yet.

This sale is not a 50% off sale, it's $25 off $50. You are welcome to place multiple orders, but the largest % discount occurs when your subtotal is as close to $50 as possible. If you go to $80 as an example, your total won't be $40, it will be $55.
Also, some bundles in the shoppe don't allow additional discounts to be added because they are already deeply discounted. If you're at $50 and your total isn't discounted, a bundle is the likely culprit.

Hm. I'm having a rough go... I'm trying to get the separate pieces of kits so they are not in a 'bundle' but some things are ONLY offered in a bundle. For example- the D is for December Extras must be considered bundle & wont work for discount, but I can't get any parts except the cards. 
I'll keep trying to get it to work for me!

I just checked your cart and it looks like the discount is applied and that you're likely going over $50. Brook's templates to give you an example are regularly $3.40, but they're in your cart for $2.32. Same with Kristin's kit... it's normally 7.99 but it's in your cart with a discount that brings it down to $5.44.
Remember, it's not a 50% discount UNLESS your subtotal is almost exactly $50. If you go over that amount, it's going to simply split the $25 savings out over the products you have in your cart.
Let me know if you continue to have issues.

Amie, I just did the math on the regular price for the products in your cart and they total just about $80 give or take a few cents and your discounted subtotal is $53.40 which is the $25 discount being taken off. Also, I think all of the products that are part of bundles in your cart should allow the discount to be applied as bundles, so maybe try again keeping your subtotal as close to $50 as possible so that the $25 comes off of that.

I just checked your cart out, and it looks like you've got the same thing going on as Amie with about $80 of product in your cart before the $25 discount is applied.
I'd recommend clearing your cart and adding items one at a time to your cart watching the subtotal in the box that pops up when you add an item to your cart. When you get to $47 or so, add one more item around $3.50 to tick you over the $50 mark and you should see your total drop down to $25-26 at that point.
Check out, and then start a new order if you're stocking up your stash for the holidays!
