Default Remember those stolen wedding gifts?
No, they haven't been recovered. But, karma has a way of evening the score. Yesterday, we got a $100 Amazon gift card we weren't expecting (a business gift from James' tutoring job). And I checked the mail when I got home from work and found a belated wedding gift of cash from my dad...in an amount that was twice the amount that was stolen between all the other cards! It was crazy! I'm a little bit in shock, and quite happy, of course. We weren't expecting anything at all from him. <3 We haven't decided what we're going to do with the unexpected windfall yet, but it reminded me that things usually work out in the end
