The last few years I have been sad watching Amy grow up and start high school. I consoled myself that at least I had my little baby Boo to keep me company. Then one day as we were walking and talking together I turned around and was suprised to see a young lady looking back at me - and it was you! I won’t lie I felt like crying knowing that my baby really wasn’t a baby anymore. I felt like my whole world had suddenly changed and I realized in a few years, you would be off and about just like your sister. I don’t honestly think I am ready for you to grow up but I do have to admit I enjoy our little quiet times we have been spending lately together talking about all the little things in life. I know you sense my sadness at times because you will run to me suddenly to give me a big hug and then whisper to me - “Don’t worry mom - I will always be your baby!” How blessed am I!
