We visited a Belgian theme park especially for toddlers. Something like Disney but with Belgian television characters. We thought it would be fun for Finn. But at the entrance a lady grabbed his arm and put a stamp on his hand. He and I both shocked because we didn't see that coming. Finn was so shocked he started crying and panicked.
We tried to calm him down by distracting him, offering him a drink and food, let him watch television on the iPad for a bit, but the damage was done. He didn't want to do any rides, he screamed and cried the entire time. He wasn't even interested in the playground. So after an hour, we just left. It could have been fun, but it wasn't.

I love your page, but I am sorry for the negative experience there. I know these places can be so costly, so that's a huge bummer...and it was kind of their fault for the issue. :/

Poor Finn - I can see why something like that would scare him. I hope you'll be able to return another time and he'll have a better experience. Fantastic page, though with the various brightly coloured characters!

Aww, that's too bad Finn got upset and wasn't able to enjoy the trip. It looks like such a fun place. I love all the colors and photos of all the characters! Hopefully next time will go better!

While we were on vacation a few weeks ago, Finn did some rides and the same kind of playground as in this layout, but on another location, with other people. He LOVED it this time.

I'm so sorry little man was so scared he couldn't enjoy his trip. Poor baby, hopefully he can have a better visit next time.

Outside of that, I think you scrapped this not so fun moment wonderfully. Your photos are gorgeous and that background paper adds so much depth to the page.
