This is for the Sugar Free Challenge #44, this was difficult for me, because the only thing I used on the whole layout, really, was a background. I've never done that before... and it's made me feel very exposed.
This was all about battling personal demons, and I hate my temper. I wish I could keep it in check, but I seriously fly off the handle when I'm p*ssed.
The journaling reads:
