I'm a native Floridian, so I've experienced a lot of heat. This year it's the worst. We are in the path of a major heat dome. I've never even heard of a heat dome before! Apparently it's a better descriptor for a heat wave because the term helps the public visualize exactly how the air is trapped. Whatever you call it - IT'S HOT!
