What a fun layout, but sorry about the water though. I hope you found something else that was refreshing. I love your layout though. The photos, the fun colors, the themed details, the clusters... I love everything about your page.
Oh no! It's so frustrating to see when cities do things like this... then they get underutilized since they were not reliably available and never make it into the rotation for families... fall into disrepair etc. and get torn out since they are not being used! GAH. Love the pretty summer page though!
