So sorry you have to deal with anxiety, but the way you scrapped this is amazing. Love the paint, the circles with everything anchored on them, the wordstrips/wordbits and your big cluster.

Anxiety is the worst but you have captured the essence of it brilliantly. I love the chaos of the layout with all the paint, the arrows and the different fonts. A great layout!
