I chose this photo because it brings back so many wonderful memories for me. In the spring of 2023, our pastor, and friend, said we should plan a camping trip with him and his dear wife, Melinda. We made plans to go on our trip from October 20th-October 27th. We had no idea that I would be diagnosed with breast cancer in September of 2023. God knew that we would need a wonderful time away with friends to get ready for me to start chemo and radiation. That vacation will always be precious to me. The weather was perfect and we had such a magical time with our dear friends. We saw so many things and had so much fun. This photo was taken on that trip. I loved the night sky through the trees and the lights reflecting off of the water.
