The Grinch was the first holiday movie I put on this year. I always loved The Grinch as a kid, but not in the same way as I do now as an adult. There are so many different things to get out of and appreciate in his story.
On this day I had gone to a local ice cream place to get a peppermint milkshake and as I drove up I saw that there was a sign saying that Santa was there. After I ordered my milkshake, I looked up and the Grinch was standing at my window - "you're not Santa!" ;) His song was even playing on the radio right then too. It was a welcome surprise and made my afternoon.
