I used the Every Little Thing collection by Sweet Shoppe Designers. Little Sew and Sew Alpha Volume 3 by Erica Zane for the Dots title, and a Trifecta 3 template by Brook Magee.

Love all the layers with patterned paper! And interesting with the Dots Pretzels...I didn't know they had that one.
