Journaling = I admit it – I don’t have much patience. When I know something needs to get done…I have a strong want for it to be done right away. This is not a good trait when it comes time to toilet train your oldest daughter while you have all-day sickness all 10 months (I say 10 mths b/c #2 came at 41 weeks) with a 2nd pregnancy and when caring for a baby. Even though this picture was actually taken several months after you’ve been using the toilet, my impatience is still the same. Also still the same is your knack for finding an inconvenient time to need to go potty – like when I’m nursing or bathing your little sister. Maybe I boil even more inside because on the outside I have a happy, smiling face and try to talk to you in a sing-song voice.
Now as I’m writing this in 2007…I’m still impatient. You are at a phase that you can and want to do everything on your own, which is fine with me. But now my issue is with you playing around in the bathroom, namely with the toilet paper, and taking your time splashing around in the sink.
