I am attempting to do the Scrap with the Sugarbabes Challenge using "cutouts". I really love this photos of Kylie, I was trying out my new camera when I snapped this picture. She was in a cooperative mood that day, :)
I used "Hipchick" by Eva Kipler and Kristin-Cronin Barrow for the majority of the page. The flourish element is from "The Little Things" by Shawna Clingerman. I used Zoe Pearn's "Build your own - fancy labels" for the shapes.
