I LOVE ice-cream. But sadly being pre-diabetic rules it out of my diet most of the time.

I treat myself to a scoop once a month and that is naughty, but how am I supposed to live without Pistachio ice-cream?

I LOVE the orange background with the play with sunshine around your picture with the wooden background and the horizontal layers and clusters. Your selfie is great and I love the story of this too! We are diabetic family so I know what you mean and yes sometimes a little treat couldn't be that bad...:p
