Finn leaving the hospital five days after he is born. It's the first time he is in his car seat.

Such a cutie!! LOVE this special time - almost like he's just then becoming real. I had a little surreal moment leaving the hospital with my first baby - "I can't believe they are really sending him home with us... I have no idea what I'm doing!"

@Krista: I totally agree! I had the exact same feeling, I had no idea what I was doing and how I was going to keep him alive. But on the other hand, I was so ready to go home with my baby.
