Finn meeting my grandparents for the second time.
My grandmother suffers from dementia and she didn't recognize me earlier this year (when I was still pregnant).
But now, she recognized me right away. It made my heart sing.
My grandfather got diagnosed with a tumor in his lungs a few weeks after Finn was born. Finn is second name is Marcel, after my grandfather.
I want to take as much photos as I possibly can, before my grandparents are gone. So these photos mean a lot to me.
