Oh...this is so...I don't know the word...but it's beautiful and touching and lovely and sad. And a little too close to home for me right now. We have a sad chicken story now as well. I'll put this in my favorites so I can find it easily if/when we have any more sad chicken situations.
Sorry to read you lost Boppy. I know how you feel - they're 'only chooks' but they're also more than that. I've lost a few of my girls in the last couple of years and it makes me sad each time.
