I had a bad fall while gardening, back in October and broke my arm and wrist. The arm break was a good clean break, but the scaphoid bone below my wrist is shattered. I've never broken a bone before, and didn't even think it was broken at the time - I didn't go to the hospital til 3hrs later when my hand started swelling lol.
