I saw this in the product previews. What a cool cake pan - does it just take a normal cake mix or do you have to make gingerbread? Love the colourful clusters against the soothing neutrals. Wonderful page!

Heather I've only tried it with a gingerbread cake recipe I found online from a woman who had the same cake pan. I'm sure it could be used with anything but it needs the Pam spray that has flour in it.
