Layout created for Shadowbox August 7 - Scrap something you're saving for or dreaming about.

We have been talking about getting a drone for ages. So we were saving to buy a DJI drone. A few days before our summer vacation, our dream came true and we bought a drone. My boyfriend loves flying with it and I love taking photos with it.

That is so cool! Flying it and using it for pictures! Love the photo that you took with the drone, and love the colours you've used here and of course your amazing shadows. Great page!

Wow- that's super cool to take photos with! I love how you matted the gorgeous photo & the gorgeous colors of this kit are perfect for those rolling grassy hills!

So pretty! Love the soft color pallet against the wooden background. Super cute windmill you've tucked in there too. Awesome page!

This is such fun - looking forward to seeing more of your drone pics! Have fun with it!!!! The page is gorgeous as usual!

Love love love! Love the story and the wonderful picture and the wonderful colors you use as your amazing clusters with the cornfield and the windmill. The ribbons are also super cute! Love all Sweetie!
Thank you for the informations about the drone, I don't know much about it. I'm curious, is it difficult to manipulate? And how do you take picture with it? Is there a camera inside? I'm sorry it's probably stupid question but I admit I never look too much at it and it seems fabulous!:)
I was thinking a lot of you during holidays as I finally take most of my picture with my phone and I'm not disapointed, you were right!:) You save my back not taking the big camera all the time!:D

No, it's not that difficult to fly the drone, but I prefer flying in open areas. I'm a little scared flying in areas where there are trees or buildings or stuff like that.
The drone has a video mode and a photography mode. Ward likes to fly with the video mode. So he sets the video mode on when he starts to fly. We can easily switch from video to taking photos during the flight.
The drone weighs 249 gr, which means we don't have to have a licence to fly it. It's not that difficult!
