For the 8/24 Shadowbox Challenge option 2, to scrap something that bugs you. I know the journaling is hard to read, but it's about how much going to the dentist bugs me--putting up with the scraping, poking, and prodding...dental procedures...taking time off work at the least convenient times, etc.
