I was very annoyed by the 3rd replacement Fitbit (making it no.4) falling apart and I was even more annoyed by their rubbish offer of 30% off of a new one?!
Oh, that stinks! The display on mine (I think it is/was a Charge 3?) got all wonky and unreadable. The price for them to deal with it just didn't seem worth it so I haven't had one for a few months now. Years ago, when I had a problem (I've always bought straight from Fitbit) they took care of it right away and replaced it. Not their procedure anymore. New procedures don't seem worth the trouble or cost. Still not sure of my plan. Anyway... sorry your Fitbit broke! Love the "messy" splatter and string and the big, ole "NOPE."
