At this point n my life, 62 and half years very intensively lived, very bad health and I could go on and on for the reasons why, to me self care means being able to laugh, enjoy the day as much as possible, so my list goes something like this. 1 Medication 3 times a day, sometimes 4, the photo is just the morning batch, 2 The Arts, being able to create AND enjoy them made by others, I draw, doodle a lot, that is a drawing of mine in the page, and keep a hand written journal, not sure if you can tell, but is a moleskin passport size, which all of you Americans made me addicted to LOL, I scrap, OF COURSE! not as much as I used to but still a lot, can't live without music and having streaming service helped overcoming the pandemic with a smile. 3 Food I wont expand on this one, but LOTS and LOTS of nice food, both savory and sweet! 4 Travel is essential as our family, big family, lives in the other side of the Atlantic Ocean! Last but not least is 5 Being able to laugh out loud at ourselves most of the time, some of our exchanges on iMessage with Sarita, when she is out shopping or at her friends or even in the kitchen and I in my bedroom are hilarious, and hey, aren't our avatars super cool? LOL
