Belgium is a mess when it comes to measures to defeat the coronavirus. They change the rules every week.
A few weeks ago the governement promised us a lot of things, but since Monday all those promises are gone. Instead of that, we have new measures.
Schools are closed, non essential shops are closed (if you want to shop, you have to make an appointment), hairdressers/beauty salons had to close. You can only sit by the window on the train, etc... nobody knows the exact rules anymore because they change so often!
