This is my friend Willard and when we worked together at B&V in Vegas, each year for Halloween he would have these silly costumes. This happens to be one of my favorites because of how simple and unique it is! It's perfectly funny! I got permission from Willard to create this layout because this kit fit so perfectly with the photo!
