For us, March is time for planting new herbs. There was a time in which, in my head, the year started in March, because that was back to school time, there are so many feelings off starting new this month... This was a discovery for us, first time we saw our basil plant bloom, flowering magnificent, it was a surprise! I couldn't believe that for years in our garden in Brazil I had never seen our basil flower...it happened in England! We are waiting until next week to plant a few more different herbs now!
