I am experiencing technical difficulties!
I am just so OVERWHELMED! By the noise, the chatter, the expectations, the judgements, the negativity, the criticisms - and that is just ME in my own brain about myself! It's time to slow it all down, close a few tabs, and just RELAX!
I want to pause adulting and lower the difficulty.
