Thank you ladies and yes - she was missing for over 7 years! She got out when we were moving house and being such a timid cat, we just couldn't catch her no matter what we did. I searched the area for years before finally giving up. Then out of the blue, she turned up at our old house again and thanks to the microchip, is back with us and her siblings. I still have to pinch myself some days
