so powerful and beautiful

This is such a powerful art journaling page, and there is so much to look at... the part that I think I am most drawn to is the upper left corner with the word NEGATIVE over the white scribbled circles. To me, it looks like a spiral - - - and when I am struggling, I go into a spiral of negative thinking that is hard to break out of. So that really resonates with me. Thank you so much for sharing your art with us.
