the title comes from the fact that I was born with a condition,had 9 operations in my hips from before a year to 8 years old, my parents were told I would never walk, couldn't climb stairs, ride horses, dance or have children... All of which I did to extremes.
So, apart from being a crazy fun of Wicked the musical, I think I have really been defying gravity for almost 60 years, as I only started walking aged 5.
I lost the transcribing of the journaling, but it goes on about my acceptance that, actually , contrary to what I thought until a few years ago, I'm awesome LOL (hey, the challenge says celebrate you, right? LOL) and blessed with an amazing (and huge) family, the most wonderful friends,blessed with all kind of experiences along the way. Another thing that makes me proud of myself , in the photo, I am resting on top of the 7 books I scrapped and printed in the first years I found scrapbooking, my daughter's life from birth to 8 years old.
