This was taken in our neighborhood. The MP's showed up (someone called it in) and the person who was chalking her fence asked what regulation she was violating. The MP's couldn't think of one, so one set went back to work, and the other set stayed and watched to make sure no drama was created from the chalk art on the fence. It's since caused a stir, people honking as they drive by the house as well as gone viral on military social media
