This was it, the only picture we took on our road trip from Phoenix back to Illinois. Mike and I flew to Phoenix one day, and started the trek home with Lia, her boyfriend Matt, their dog Bennett, their cat Gwen, and all their stuff. They had spent a year & a half in the Phoenix area and were ready to be back in the Midwest. It was quite an adventure, exhausting for sure. We were glad to make it back safe.
