For the ADSR #5 (interview an object) and for the SSD Cookie Decorating #30.

Journaling:
Q: How long have you been Riley’s companion?
A: Nearly 7 years now.

Q: What made you more special than the rest?
A: Luck, I guess. She chose me and I’m so grateful.

Q: Don’t you get tired of being carried everywhere?
A: Not at all. It makes me happy to make her happy.

Q: You’ve been washed and stiched up countless times,
don’t you think it’s time to retire?
A: I will never retire. I believe I will always be special to
her. She will always have me near.

Q: Speaking of stiching, how do you feel about your
appearance these days?
A: Well, I’ve definitely seen better days, but the way I
look, tattered and worn, is just proof to the world that I
am greatly loved.

Q: Would you say that you have served your purpose in life?
A: I would say I’ve exceeded my purpose in life. My job is
to keep babies warm, but I’ve gone far beyond that. I’ve
been a comfort and a friend to one special little girl. For
a blanket, it doesn’t get better than that!

I like how you inserted her and her blankie when she was younger! I think my daughter treats her binkie the same way, this is pretty! Thanks for playing along!

What a sweet page. Nonnie tried to make things easier for her when she was little and make a bunch of little blankies so she could carry them around easier. But, no go on that, she had to have the pink & white stripped blankie. Of course it lost it's stripes a long, long time ago.
