Post-It Notepad

I made these post-it notepads for my friends after seeing it done here at SSD a few different ways and by Juli on Eva's blog.

I chose a kit that matched the various colors of post-it notes I was using. Rhinestones are attached on the top of the clear photo frame that match up to the center of the flowers on the insert. I added a 2-month calendar and their name, and changed the background color so there are 6 inserts. Then when the year is done, I included a basic insert to use forever.
