This is a photo I didn't take of you driving us back from Muntinlupa, your face illuminated by the dashboard lights, a small smile on your lips. Vienna Teng's "Lullaby on a Rainy Night" plays on your music player and you start singing along. You comment on how you'd like to sing this to our kids on such a night. I touch the tip of your ear and feel grateful (again) for having you in my life. Then a random tune plays right after, and you do a silly dance with your arms and torso as you drive. I roll my eyes. It's this contrast that makes me believe you are truly unique. And that I love you in all your uniqueness.
