It may sound weird, but I've always been intrigued by civil service. I'm very happy as a European civil servant (and before that I was happy as a Slovak Republic government office employee), so I have wanted to make a "born to be official" LO for some time, but I lacked the right environment. I was kind of hoping for a lot of files or something along the line. And one day I come to work and find the corridor filled with loads and loasd of boxes full of invoices to be archived. I didn't hesitate and asked a friend to make a shot. :-)
I have to say I'm very grateful for the April 2011 challenges to provide the idea of including a blank sheet of paper into a photo and adding a text later! Totally worked for this one.
